This cake was chocolate with chocolate mousse. I really hope the guests at this shower really like chocolate! And in case the background is too dark the base color is chocolate brown too. And you can't see it but the polka dots on the top tier get smaller as they go around the back. I'm really starting to get into this baby boy thing. I did only girly stuff for so long and with this run of boy stuff I've done lately I'm really starting to embrace it. It's still an interesting process to decide where to put something else where you would normally put flowers or bows. :o)

I love your cakes. I love to make cakes too. I usually just make character cakes, but I have done two wedding cakes, but they were both fake. My problem is I think fondant is so gross tasting. Your fondant looks shiny too. Is your fondant a different kind? Also, where do your get your design patterns like for the zebra prints? Are all your flower fondant too? I would love to start making real cakes with the fondant if I knew how to make them taste good! I would love some tips.......jennalines@gmail.com Thanks-Jenna Lines I am also in QC, AZ too!
